Cult Shoe Designer Jimmy Choo collaborates with Swedish high street chain H&M

Cult shoe designer to the stars Sir Jimmy Choo is coming to a high street near you! The luxury lifestyle accessory brand is soon to become accessible to everyone as Choo collaborates with Swedish high street chain H&M. Whoop de doo! Its Jimmy Choo!

Jimmy Choo is renowned for his loyal celebrity fan base that includes stars such as Paris Hilton, Nicole Ritchie, Katie Holmes, Natalie Imbruglia, Peaches Geldof and Liz Hurley. But Jimmy Choo is almost as equally known for his hefty price tags, but Choo’s diffusion line finally gives us ordinary folks the chance to grab a piece of this season’s most covetable jewel encrusted action.

The designer diffusion range will hit 200 stores nationwide on the 14th of November with a line consisting of over 40 key pieces. The range will revolve around the shoe collection, but will also carry handbags, accessories and a clothing line for both men and women.

Though these luxury high fashion pieces usually retail around £500+, shoppers can bag a bargain in store this winter with many pieces under £100 - so there’s no need to break the bank this Christmas.

Despite the cut price label, you can still expect the quality and finish that has earned Choo his credentials as one of the most successful shoe designers in the world. High heels, thigh highs, gladiator flats, ballet pumps and Cuban heeled boots will all make their imminent appearance in store smattered with an array of colours and unique embellishments that include stunning crystals, studs and animal prints - perfect for the upcoming party season.

H&M boasts an impressive portfolio of past collaborations with Stella McCartney, Matthew Williamson Karl Lagerfield, Roberto Cavalli and Kylie Minogue, and they are excited to add one of the world’s leading shoe designers to their repertoire.

‘We adore Jimmy Choo’s shoes and bags.” Says H&M creative advisor Margareta van don Bosch. “They are glamorous and sexy and they add style to the simplest of outfits…This Collaboration is particularly exciting because it’s our first shoe designer collection’ it seems Margareta van don Bosch is just as head over heels for Choo’s sexy spectacular shoes as the rest of the world. Clearly a girl with taste then.
