The newly single actress – voted Sexiest Woman in the World by FHM magazine – showed off her tattoos in a backless black dress. The script on her shoulder, which reads “We will all laugh at gilded butterflies”, supposedly is a reference to King Lear.

Fox, 23, split from fiance Brian Austin Green in February after a four-and-a-half year relationship and said being on her own again was “very scary”. On the red carpet, she took the opportunity to deny reports of a romance with Robert Pattinson, the heart-throb star of Twilight.
